I submitted a request for some out of the ordinary support, and in less than 24 hours I had a response with a solution!! Joel's support team is amazing and very helpful.

Joel is one of the few ultra successful professional commercial photographers that has been able to translate and transfer his experience and skills down to the level of the beginner, intermediate, as well as the advanced photographer. This allows people who want to learn photography from the master in a way that is so successful, but yet easy to understand from the best in the business. He mastered the skills of communicating complicated concepts in easy to understand methods that make it easy to use in order to put you on the path of success for each of the topics that he presents. If you can’t learn from Joel, then you can’t learn at all. He is awesome. Joel is actually trying to help you, he’s not just trying to make a buck, he’s already done that now he’s trying to help you do the same.

I am enjoying Joel Grimes's excellent downloaded tutorials. I have a few of them, as well as great Photoshop extras.
