Having purchased and followed Joel Grimes tutorials in the past I knew I was in good hands. But had a little technical hitch with my last purchase and the support team are also top notch. Replied and sorted in no time. Can't recommend Joel courses enough, but know his team are there for you as well.

The courses are fantastic as expected. In addition, on my recent purchase I made a mistake while inputting my email. I sent out an inquiry as I didn’t receive my course and within minutes they found my mistake, made the correction and delivered my product to my library. Fantastic service and a very quick response.

I made a mistake when I ordered a course from this company and contacted them with a request to change the order. They responded quickly and could not exactly accommodate my request, but suggested an alternative. I followed their advice and it was resolved in a couple of hours. And all of this happened on a Sunday afternoon right before the holidays. Outstanding customer service!
