Genuine and thorough. I'm continually impressed by Joel Grimes' Master Classes, tutorials, downloads and added perks. Everything is well-presented, clear, concise and extremely informative. Joel shares his approach to tweaking a subject, props, lighting, post editing, etc, etc, and then tweaking further (hey – whatever it takes!) to make it perfect, while sometimes using brief on-site anecdotes making his tutorials all the more interesting. Joel generously shares technical skills that he's perfected over the years making his photographic style unique in capturing the essence of the moment while also planting ideas in the minds of seasoned and budding photographers.

Joel Grimes' video on AI is very helpful in expelling the uses of AI in photography. He explains how AI helps expand photo editing, but does not replace photography. I knew about the Bridge app, but did not use it very much. His video went into detail about how it works and the many features that connect it to Camera Raw whose improvements are many that I did not realize. I will now start using Camera Raw much more in my editing process.

I had a minor issue and asked for help, which came in no time at all. Issue resolved. Further more, managing all of my assets in my Library could not be easier. Material is top notch as well!
