Hi GiGi, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand how frustrating it can be to come across a listing that doesn’t meet your expectations, and we’re here to help you find the right opportunities. The job market moves quickly, with thousands of roles being updated or closed daily by employers. This can occasionally lead to outdated listings appearing on our platform due to changes on the employer’s end or synchronization delays. We’re actively working to minimize this, and we also rely on user reports to keep our listings accurate and up to date. If you could report the specific listing you encountered, we’d appreciate it — you can do this directly on the platform by clicking the ‘Report’ button next to the job post, and we’ll review it promptly. To clarify, our resume assistance is an optional feature designed to help job seekers stand out once they find roles that interest them — it is one of many services we offer, not a replacement for job listings. The 4- and 5-star reviews you mentioned likely reflect users who found value in that tool. That said, we’re committed to helping you discover opportunities that align with your goals. We review reported listings daily and are happy to support you further. Let us know how we can assist you in your job search. Best regards, JobzMall Support Team

Hi Jack, We take extreme measures to combat fake jobs from automated systems to manual organization verification for each party that posts job on JobzMall. Additionally we have community moderation where we urge everyone to report any suspicious listing to us. Please report your concerns if any to us by emailing at [email protected] or our verification center jobzmall.com/verification-center

Jonathan, We are very transparent about our verification process (www.jobzmall.com/verification-center). Our team verifies every organization that posts jobs on JobzMall to confirm legitimacy. Some companies choose to maintain active listings on JobzMall to cultivate a strong talent pool, even when they are not actively hiring. This strategy helps them quickly connect with qualified candidates as soon as new opportunities arise. Companies may sometimes auto-renew their listings for this purpose; however, our policy strictly prohibits the posting of non-active jobs. If a listing seems unusual or misleading, please do not hesitate to report it for further review. We are committed to maintaining a trustworthy environment and rigorously verify each job listing and organization. For more information on how we ensure the authenticity of our listings, please visit our Verification Center. Hope this information provides the accurate context on how we operate. If you are in actual need of job finding feel free to contact us at [email protected] and our team can prove to you why your review is unjust :)

Dear Myriam, We understand how discouraging it can be to put time and effort into applications without any feedback. Have you ever reached out to us directly for assistance with your job search or profile? We are a very easy team to contact. I took the liberty of checking our records, but did not see any support requests from a user in France with your name in the past few months. If you haven't already done so, I encourage you to contact us so we can look into this further together. We may be able to provide some pointers on optimizing your profile and applications to improve your chances of catching employers' attention. We're also happy to verify that your applications are being properly submitted and received. I want to assure you that the jobs on our site are real opportunities posted by legitimate companies. However, the current job market is very competitive, and employers often receive hundreds of applicants for each opening. Unfortunately this means that qualified candidates may sometimes get overlooked or not receive a response. Please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team so we can assist you. We are committed to doing everything possible to help professionals like yourself find suitable employment opportunities.
