Shail, my CV editor, picked up my CV to analyze hours after I purchased the job nexus plan. He was extremely helpful throughout the CV review, understood and adapted to my issues/requests. Overall a great experience. My CV's attractiveness and professionalism has been boosted considerably.

Ronaldo, Thank you for the kind words! Happy Holidays, Job Nexus Support
My CV was send to the wrong group of Recrutment agencies which had nothing to do with my work. I took the full package hopping for good feed back. I had the CV which you modified for checked by a other company and the ACS count was very low. I will not recommend you to anyone I know.

December 14th, 2020 Paul, Thanks for taking the time to write the review. We are sorry you did not receive more value from the order and we are reviewing our recruiter participation for your industry as that appears to have been problematic. Reviewing the order we saw you had a constructive discourse with our writing team so we do think and hope you'll recognize that you received good value on your CV / Resume writing. Thanks & Regards, Job Nexus Support
Shail B. Did a good job with the resume, it seems the resume has been sent to the appropriated HH in Spain however, in the dashboard I didn’t find the final version of my resume for my use.

I was impressed by the professionalism and high quality service offered by the Job Nexus team. Fast prompt action but more importantly, excellent advice. My manager expertly created a new and up-to-date CV which is current, and professional.

I appreciate the efficiency while think if there would be some more communication than email would be nice. I also could not review the result about the distribution from the list of distribution - the effectiveness could not be known. But I like very much the efficiency.

December 14, 2020 Janet, Thank you for the feedback. We would also like to be able to engage in more communication (beyond email) and be closer with our customers. One of the ways we keep our services affordable relative to the competition is working via email. Regarding your distribution, you have access to a detailed report showing you all the specifics regarding the recruiters that were contacted. Please see the recruiter outreach report in your account to see the detailed listing. If you have any questions about it please feel free to contact us at [email protected]. Best Regards, Job Nexus Support
They didn't do what they were promised to share my CV with 44 recruitment agencies, only 13 they shared with and 2 of them just checked my CV. They also were late more than 5 working days up to 10 days to finish 1 page CV. They didn't follow up with me nighter with recruiters about hiring processes and what to do next. They didn't work hard at all for the money paid to them, it is a job of any regular student. They just took the money, did the CV and shared it in their platform and nothing else. They have poor results and not satisfying at all, I will never work with them again and never recommend them to any other candidates.

December 14, 2020 Mohammed, Thank you for your feedback. We provided you with CV editing and distribution services. Consider that we are not an agency. Reviewing your order based on your feedback, we see you had a long and constructive correspondence with our editing team. The time for delivery of the first draft of your CV was 5 business days but was sent to you over a weekend - apologies for this slight delay. As explained by email to you during your order and clearly stated on our website, for job searches in Russia, the maximum number of recruiters is 40. The precise number varies based on your industry. Your job search was in the field of marketing research. Thus, your information was transmitted to only 13 recruiters active in that field of which, 4 per your recruiter outreach report reviewed your information in their applicant tracking systems. We are sorry you do not feel you obtained value from our service. We hope you will find that you have in the future having received a professionally edited CV to use in your job search and possible interview opportunities from the recruitment agencies reached on your behalf. Best Regards, Job Nexus Support
