As a job board, we work with many types of companies, and each company has their own hiring process. Hiring managers and recruiters are bombarded with countless resumes and applications every day and it's quite common to only get a response when you've been selected as a top candidate to be interviewed. To make your application stand out in a sea of candidates, we recommend that you follow up with the company by sending an email or even making a phone call to the company's HR Department just to confirm if they received your application, and to find out where they're at in the hiring process. In regards to your second question, you can find jobs from all over the Internet, all in one place on Job.com! We work with the best of the best, whether it's an individual employer, or a job board posting thousands of jobs to Job.com, you will find what you're looking for on our job search site.
