I've been working with JM Field for many years now and they have always provided me with nothing but excellent service (And Joni is a rock star). Highly recommended.

Thanks Renato!
Our company has been working with J.M. Field Marketing for 4 years now. As our fulfillment partner they stock, kit and ship our "Made in Germany" products in the USA and Canada. We pay a monthly management fee as well as we pay for the pallet space needed to store the products and for the fulfillment service. Our online shop system is directly connected with their IT system so that incoming orders get automatically processed. Whenever a custom order comes in by email we can rely 100% on our account manager who takes care that everything goes well and our customers are satisfied. The account managers have changed from time to time but all of them were remarkably friendly and attentive as well as they do respond very fast on emails. With this excellent experience during the past 4 years I can absolutely recommend J.M. Field Marketing to everyone who is looking for a reliable fulfillment service partner.

I've been using the various products of JM Field for over 20 years and receive nothing but exemplary service. From call center services to tradeshow products to mailhouse services, they're truly a one-stop shop for me.

Thank you for the wonderful review. It has been a pleasure working with you as well over the last 20 years.
Working with JM Field is easier than with most warehouses. They communicated excellent, especially Scott O'Brien and Brianna. They always pay attention to the details of our orders and ask for clarity instead of just ignoring it. I would recommend them to any customer to utilize as their Third Party warehouse. And if a mistake is made they will correct it immediately.

My company uses JM Field Marketing for multiple promotional campaigns each year. They make sure all products arrive on time to our customers and they are always available to answer questions or assist with any issues that may arise. I would highly suggest using JM Field Marketing to anyone looking to run a successful marketing campaign.
