Disappointing customer service when things go wrong
Ashley was lovely to deal with at the start, but the after-sales experience has unfortunately been disappointing. After calling numerous times about a fault with my electrics, James promised to look into the matter. Sadly, when I messaged their number (07483971889) to follow up, I was ghosted and never got a reply. Another garage had to step in to fix it. It seems if a dealer hired them on your behalf, you might get a better response by complaining to the dealer first. Otherwise, for direct public customers, they appear too busy to look after you. They are great at installing, but the after-care communication definitely needs a bit of work.
