Sick of getting the constant insulting mailings in the mail to buy our home. I can't stand his commercials or his mother who butts in on the commercial. It's an insult to get an offer as low as his silly ass checks come in the mail. AARP has an article about these type of places that scam older adults to pad their pockets.

I was a new investor when I joined the vreeland capital program thinking I could leverage my w2 income and buy rental properties through their DFY service…it was the complete opposite. Not only did I not buy any properties because they wanted close to retail prices…but rarely would I get consistent support. Overall? Total joke. F rating!!!

I've never wasted more time, energy or money than trying to invest in jimmy's program for buying rental properties in the midwest...this guy and his team are only about one thing, PROFIT FOR THEMSELVES. Almost 6 months and 10k later of wasted efforts, save yourself the time and go elsewhere for deals! TOTAL SCAM.

If this guy puts an offer on your house RUN as fast as possible - don’t take it - you’re wasting your time. On 3/17 we reached an agreement for an offer. He has two children “inspect” the property. They took pictures similar to what was already done by the photographer. He can’t say what in the inspection made him pull out (this was done last week btw - so if the inspection was the reason he would have known by Monday the latest) He knew I wouldn’t budge because that’s what “as-is” means. Luckily I have other offers. I’m going to take this as a blessing. The guys earnest money hasn’t cleared in 10 days so I’d assume he’s on his last dollar anyway. Bad business will get you there for sure. And since I’m not signing the mutual agreement he’ll he out of his overdraft fees when the

I got a letter from Jimmy Vreeland offering me $225k for my property asking me to call to accept the offer. I made the call and was told someone would call me back. The guy who called me only wanted to pay $175k. I agreed and we signed a contract. About ten days later he called back and only wanted to pay $50k. I refused. Now they are hounding me to sign a release. I haven't signed a release. I feel scamed. I'm having an attorney look into this. It seems unethical to me.

The day I made this review Jimmy had zero reviews. I write this review and poof. Now he has several new reviews. Conincidence? Jimmy Vreeland system is a complete scam. His whole process is to sell you his wholesale deal. Once you commit to buy his wholesale deal he and his associates disappear. The only people who make money is him on the wholesale deal, the hard money lender, the constructions guys(owned by Jimmy with inflated prices), the real estate guys, property management (owned by Jimmy) and the insurance company. Do NOT trust the ARV that they state. I am now stuck in a transaction where it is only worth $200k when Vreeland stated it would be worth $235k after remodel. I even paid for the 50k construction cost myself. I have now paid the hard money almost 12k, construction 50k (owned by Jimmy) , insurance $1k and will still owe RE agent another 6k. Not to mention their 1k per month membership fee. Stay clear way from this company. I emailed them serveral time and got no response. Of course, he already got paid on the deal. UPDATE: I am now in the refinance and come to find out the property had $2000 in back property taxes and utilities weren't paid from previous owner so now I got stuck with paying those past due utilities and past property taxes. Now Jimmy is venturing into getting you a "done for you" deal with Section 8, Again he will sell you a wholesale deal and take all the profits out. If the deal is so good why doesn't he keep them himself? Why? because he make quick money selling you each property at a 25k profit. Do yourself a favor and find those properties yourself off zillow with the properties that been on the market past 100 days.
