I have used the same web hosting company for many years, and was nervous when I heard that they were being acquired by JetHost. I knew nothing about JetHost, and feared that the migration of our education website would be difficult and that support may be poor. However, I can say that the migration went very smoothly, and the support I received from JetHost far exceeded my expectations. I contacted 3 or 4 times to address some initial teething issues after the changeover, and their support people went out of their way to assist. I am truly impressed!
