The item came without instructions except a link to some poor youtube videos. The front piece wouldn't attach, the customer support lines and email either do not work and no one responds. No one was willing to update me about my request for replacements.

Absolutely ineffective. I feel all these reviews are only written by marketing people. Been using the device for 10months, wearing it every single day without a fail for at least. 3-4 hours, and haven’t grown a mm.

Hi Consumer We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We take all customer feedback seriously and are committed to ensuring our product delivers real results when used correctly and consistently. However, we have attempted to reach out to you via the Trustpilot interface to better understand your situation and provide support, but we have not received a response. Additionally, we are unable to verify your purchase or find any record of you as a customer. Our device has helped many customers achieve noticeable results, and we would love the opportunity to discuss your experience further. If you are a genuine customer, please contact our support team, so we can assist you in getting the best possible outcome. Best regards, Jes Extender Support
