We’re really sorry you went through this. After spending hours entering your information, accepting multiple quotes, paying for a policy, and cancelling your previous coverage, seeing the price change again and again would be incredibly frustrating. We understand why you feel let down. Quotes can change when a carrier verifies additional details, but the number of changes you described, especially after payment and after cancelling your prior policy, is not a reasonable experience and deserves a much closer look. Please call us at 833-445-3779 so a live agent can review what happened with the quotes, your coverage, and the switch, and help figure out what went wrong.
