I ordered a dress from Jeravea, and paid upfront, as is ususal. Unfortunately, through no fault of Jeravea the package was delivered by UPS to a wrong address. That being said, Jeravea held my purchase hostage until such time as they had sorted the matter out with UPS which I think is grossly unfair. I feel they should have sent me a replacement dress immediately and sorted out their problem with the carrier. This customer service action makes me refrain from ordering from them ever again.

The dress arrived timely which is great. For the most part it fits good. Unfortunately it doesn't exactly fit for longer torso women, and my breasts are slightly exposed. I am in the process of looking for a top to wear under so that I can wear this dress.

I very much wanted the pants I ordered to be perfect in their sizing; however, the pants I ordered said the waist would be 39.5 inches (I normally wear 38) and they were at least 2-3 inches too small. I was very disappointed and wish they somehow could get their sizes correct. It really shouldn’t be that difficult to have sizes correct.

I ordered the wrong size for my dance shoes . I tried to email for exchange but for some reason I wasn’t getting response. I called your company and the person I talked to was very helpful and made everything right … and got it done quickly …. I love my new dance shoes !! Thank you! I will be ordering again .
