I like the consistency of the emails. They are unique and not regurgitated day after day. Most listings are relevant to me although some are old or expired… it happens.

Charles, thanks for your review! We do strive to send unique and relevant positions to you. We're working very hard to cut out any roles that have closed closed their postings and I assure you that you'll see an improvement from here on out.
Many positions that i get in the emails are already expired, the rest is ok. It will be good if there was some "personal" communication, a chat, a phone call. I really don't see much difference or advantage working with Jennie or other recruiters online.

Ruben, thank you for your feedback. We are aware that some companies will pull down their listing by the time a user goes to apply and we are working on a system to redirect users when this happens. Though we don't offer phone support, we are available 24/7 for email support. Thanks!
Upon receiving your initial summary of my qualifications I sent an email requesting a 1 on 1 phone conversation. Received autonomous response saying we don't do that if you see a posting you like apply. Most professionals want to establish a relationship with the recruiter before applying, I would not recommend your company.

Steve, unfortunately we don't offer phone support at this time. We do believe that we can get to the heart of the issue and resolve any questions or concerns via email, where we're available 24/7.
