Quick response and great resume

UPDATE: The owner says that any link on any message will unsubscribe immediately, but if that is true, why have I gotten 5-6 more messages in the 36 hours since I cancelled AND unsubscribed? If you didn't see a message, I'd submit that your system isn't working properly. But I HIGHLY resent having my unsubscribe ignored. Buyer, beware!! Every job that I found on this site was outdated and most were 3+ weeks old. The vast majority of them it was too late to apply. I have asked repeatedly to be taken off of their mailing list and they do not honor request to stop sending spam. This is not a good organization. Don't waste your money.

I am sorry to hear that you had this experience. I see that you are unsubscribed from the service but I don't see any emails into our inbox or contact form requesting this. The unsubscribe button on all emails will remove you immediately. As for outdated jobs, we do work very hard to keep our jobs up to date constantly. We have found through deep research that jobs which are listed as "expired" on major job boards are many times still open but that the employer no longer is paying to sponsor the job. This is why we offer direct company contacts to reach out and express your interest in the role. The job market is very tight right now and that little bit of extra effort to connect with someone will pay off.
Too many emails. I only signed up for once a month and this is a third email today.

Thanks for your feedback. We do have a feature that sends a recap of jobs that you were interested in applying for, so that you have the application links, company contacts and your resume analysis all in one place. You can opt out of those through your settings if you'd wish and I'll do that for you from inside of the account.
The listings are a little bit limited and the résumé rewrites need a lot of editing. The insights about the jobs are good.

Thank you for letting us know through here. I unsubscribed you, though there were no attempts to unsubscribe through the links nor messages into us with this request. We would love to provide a great service to everyone, but sometimes we understand that you may want to unsubscribe. Our unsubscribe link is in every email and we QA that constantly. We also answer every emails sent to use and unsubscribe users who request it within minutes.
I couldn't tell if you sent the application and resume it or if it was up to me. I chose up to me and sent it myself. The cover letter was kind of hokey but ok, I guess. It was a good thing to do though, because the resume you developed for this job was very well tailored. Not sure if it will be good for other jobs, but I'll find out soon.
