Im super disappointed. I purchased during the relaunch on 11/5. It gave me a response saying thank you for your order, youll get an email in at least an hour. I waited 8 before contacting JSC. I waited 72 hours for a response before sending a second email requesting assistance. I received an email asking for more info even though i had done so in the original email. I then sent it only to get another enail saying there is no such order, no such address, etc. I was told that my bank is holding the money. No, no its not. Payment POSTED to my account the next day. I have checked every day since it posted to see if i would get my money back. Its been 3 days since it posted and no i havent received a refund. I sent proof of purchase screenshot, pending payment screenshot, and also POSTED payment screenshot. I fully understand that this has been very problematic from the first launch, but to have this happen for a second time is ludicrous. I very much am trying to remain optimistic and patient, but being told theres no order and having had my money taken makes it really hard to maintain patience. I absolutely adore Mr.Star and Mr.Dawson, but if this is the experience im going to have, this will be the last attempted purchase with JSC. Sorry Mr.Star.

I haven’t had any problems this company at all. Yes it does take a while for some things to ship, but that’s to be expected with a huge lunch or a huge mystery box orders. I’m actually very surprised to be receiving my conspiracy Collection order this weekend. I wasn’t expecting it to be shipped so fast. Sometimes it is to customer service little while to get back to me, but I mean with over 1 million customers I’m pretty sure it has to be a little frustrating for them or a little hardTo keep up with everyone. I wish people would just have patience with the company, it’s happened with many other companies it’s not just Jeffree star cosmetics so everyone just needs to chill out. I returned my jogger bottoms due to the company sending me the wrong size. They told me they would send a replacement. Well I returned them on November 25 and never heard anything for a couple days. So I emailed the customer service and they said they would check and see if there was a delay. So almost 2 weeks later still no update. I'm at the point where I just want my money back. I'm just so aggrieved that they dknt keep me updated on nothing. If I knew this was gonna happen I would have kept them and just got them altered to my size :(

This is the second time i'm ordering from Jeffree Star Cosmetics. The first order wasn't terrible, but the shipping situation was not great and not very trackable, it's kind of like when you get it you get it be grateful. I think the products are good, the quality. But I do think Jeffree is a little full of himself thinking anyone cares about his logo tape, nope. It's just his ego. Maybe put something kind and and a thank you note in the box instead. Because if people were not buying the product he would still be broke. I guess money does get to people's head and changes them. The conspiracy launch was a huge disaster and yes it was party the merchant but it was also the company as well. I got my order, of course, had to pay for shipping twice because they didn't have enough time to add the item which should have been added before. So here I am waiting for an order with zero shipping confirmation. The customer service is email only, you'd think with a company this big he would have operators to call and resolve this. Nope. At this point I don't even want my pallette's i'm going to either give them away or sell them. I don't want to be affiliated with and over-rated over-hyped product that just boosts Jeffree's ego and for what so he can go buy some purses that poor animals for killed for so he a closet full of dead animals. Sorry I got a little person there, but whatever it's his company and it's a reflection of who he is. I no longer support Jeffree Star or Jeffree Star Cosmetics.

I bought a velour liquid lip in the shade Deceased and translucent setting powder. Love them both! The lippie isn’t drying or crackly, is super pigmented, and stays on forever! The setting powder literally smells like cotton candy and sets my makeup like concrete! I will never use a different brand of setting powder. I also received the order within a week and it came just in time for my birthday! Will forever support Jeffree and his brand.

Bought a liquid velour lipstick and it completely dried out in less than a year, even with proper storage and care. Barely used it once. Reached out to customer service not once but TWICE, and heard not one word in a month. Honestly the product isn’t worth the hassle, it’s not even that good.

I was told my order had been placed for 2 Conspiracy Palettes. They charged my credit card, have not answered my email, and I am unable to check my order status with the order number they gave me. Also, the website does not allow you to sign into your account anymore. I am very disappointed with the way this company handled such a large launch, will NEVER be purchasing from them in the future.
