My representative was terrific. He had a great get-to-know-you personality and went over and above the call of duty to find information of particular pertinence to my situation. However, it did take 2 hours to get down to "brass tacks" and consequently I was still at a loss as to exactly what the best route for me was, after the first meeting.

The conversation was very relaxed and informative. I never felt a "high sales pressure" to "buy today". I look forward to my future meeting with John & Jim that is scheduled for next week.
