They say you can't have good, fast and cheap together. The parts I ordered were delivered quickly. They measured just as I designed, and the glass filled nylon seems stiff enough for my application. All this at less than I would have paid elsewhere. I am very pleased, and I'll be back.

Polypropylene 3D print I needed a PP 3D print as part of a gas chemical sensor system. PP is one of the few materials that doesn't react. Jawstec was the 3D print service that could print the part, quickly and for a reasonable price. The parts look great, fit is perfect, good quality and work. Fast delivery.

Horrible service. They charged me for standard delivery and delivered past the timeline for economy rates then would not reimburse me. Part quality was low as well.

Hi Garrett, I have replied to your Google review as well :) Please see my email to you on January 8, 2024, regarding your issue. Hi Garrett, I’m deeply sorry for delay with your order. I was taking at look at your order and it looks like we ran into a couple quality control issues. We would rather ship an order late than ship out product that a customer cannot use, I know it’s frustrating but it’s better than getting bad parts on-time or early. We are unable to process a credit on this order for the economy lead-time rate but happy to provide a discount on your next order. I’m happy to follow your next order closely to make sure we don’t run into any issues that would ship it late or communicate those issues directly to you for guidance on how to address them in the future. Please let me know if you have any questions and I’m happy to help. Thank you, Amy Kress
Part had missing piece, like it cracked off. It was a thin part however. I like material but process taking 30 days is a long time.

Hi Ronald, Thank you for your review. Sadly, our SLA process does take longer to process, we can process SLS or MJF with a quick turnaround time of 4-5 business days. Feel free to reach out about the broken area and we can take a look. Thank you - Amy Kress
