I recommend JASK Auto Parts with confidence. Parts on my 2003 GMC were disconnected. "JASK" sent me the working ABS unit. Thank you to JASK for your professional and honest work! Nadia. Winnipeg. Canada

Thanks, Nadia for taking the time for your wonderful review.
Bought a engine was a delay in receiving due to the engine due to the fact it couldn’t pass inspection. The company sent out a second engine with over 10k more miles than previous engine. Received the second engine pretty quickly, but once engine was getting ready to be installed my mechanic notice that the piece to hold the alternator was broken, the the housing thermostat was broken in half and there was a dent somewhere else that I can’t remember. All of these issues was impossible to see from the images they sent. The engine was completely useless at this point and I paid 5k for the engine. They said that it would take way too much work to send a replacement. I’m currently waiting to see how they are going to solve this issue and don’t think that it’s right for them to expect for me to pay 5k for a engine that’s useless! Honestly been a headache since I bought the engine. Now I’m stuck 3 kids without a vehicle for ever longer!

Thank you for the positive feedback, Amos. We hope to serve you again in the future.
It took about 3 weeks for them to even send me this motor that I paid top dollar for and waited on me to approve 3 pics they sent me of the motor 2 weeks after I ordered it when it was supposed to be here by that time. Extremely slow company and I won't buy from there again. I paid $1500 for a motor that looks like it's 50 years old. Very disappointed and feel like I should get some of that money back as the motor looks like crap and the extremely long wait for it to ship has cost me about 5 angry calls from my customer waiting on his vehicle to be finished and now I've lost a customer. Thanks for nothing Jask

Thanks for your feedback, Steven. We apologize for any inconvenience. We usually email tracking numbers to all customers via email from our support team. Sometimes part delivery is faster than we could email since all the processes are done manually. We are working hard to ensure all tracking numbers are sent promptly to customers. Appreciate your time. Team Jask!
I'm very happy Jack's was recommended by my friend! I was somewhat anxious when I took my car in for maintenance. I'm a single mother who has had terrible experiences at other mechanics and establishments in the past. When I started talking ramblingly about the history of my car, Jack was really kind and patient with me. He listened carefully to my worries and made notes. It was very pleasant that he didn't try to sell me anything or anything at all. His group exceeded all expectations! Fair costs, integrity and openness, genuine concern for his clients, reliable repairs—it's a bit surprising to have such a good experience with this things! Before today, I was STRESSING, but now, I'm just so grateful. I'm grateful, Jack!
