In CO we have 60-90 day wait times to get into Doctor. If you get JASE MEDS it could prevent you from going to the ER. Which believe me you don’t go until last resort. Especially if you don’t have the JAB. Prevention is your best bet 👍

I placed an order in March and then realized that I had previously had a reaction to one of the antibiotics. I sent a message to Jase and they caught the order just before it was processed. I asked them to make a substitution based on their knowledge. They did so and quickly Sent me the order. The bag and the booklet were back ordered but I was sent a nice reflective bubble wrapped package and a pdf file for the instructions. I did receive the Jase bag and the booklet soon after. I feel the customer service is very prompt and professional. I highly recommend this company! I have a suggestion for their process to include a box to check for drug reactions, as I don’t think I’m actually allergic to the medication I reacted to. I also recommend they develop an easy method for communication before the order is made. Maybe a drop down for chat or questions. Thank you so much Jase Medical!!!

The process to order was quick and easy. I knew when my order shipped with a supplied tracking number. My order came with the case and booklet, which are both very useful. I had a small issue with my order and Anna at JASE corrected the issue to complete satisfaction in under 24 hours.
