Item not received or no notice of shipment was sent prior to this request to review. Ordering fromJanel is almost always a good experience they just need to keep the order of communications organized and sent at appropriate times. Looking forward to receiving my order soon!

The only way to submit a technical request requires you to surrender your email to spam. You are literally unable to send a ticket without checking the box that lets them send you spam for the rest of your life.

No response via e-mail, or to their online messenger on their website. Sadly I will have to cancel the order with Paypal.

I ordered item on June 11, 2018 via the website which indicated that the item was in stock. I then recieved an e,mail to say the item was on backorder and would ship the first week of July. I needed the item the week that I ordered it, and had tyhe web site funtioned properly telling me the item was backordered I would not have ordered it. I will not be ordering anything more from Janel in the future.

Ordered loctite 334 only to find out it was not available for 50+ days. Went elsewhere and got it shipped within a week.

I'm still waiting for my item. With the high shipping costs I would expect a more timely delivery date
