We're really sorry this experience impacted your vacation, that's not how we want things to go. Once the return was initiated on August 30th we moved quickly to get the replacement out, and despite the Labor Day weekend it was out for delivery by September 9th. We hope you still get to enjoy them and that we can make a better impression next time! 🙏

Hi Stasius, we're sorry to hear your experience hasn't met your expectations so far. We do want to provide some context: your order was placed on June 30th and is shipping internationally to Dubai on express shipping. As a US-based company, international deliveries do take longer than domestic ones, and our customer support team has been actively in touch with you to provide updates every step of the way. Your order is on its way and we're confident you're going to love the glasses once they arrive. We're here if you need anything at all! 🙏

Hi Pete! We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we're actively working with you via email to address your concerns. To clarify for everyone: all of our sunglasses come with UV400 protection, which blocks 100% of UVA and UVB rays. This is standard across our entire collection. Regarding polarization, we've acknowledged the confusion in our email as our product pages provide all of the details. Our return process is completely free, the amount you're seeing in the portal is a temporary authorization hold (not a charge) that's released once the return is processed. No additional payments are required for exchanges or returns (for US orders). We're committed to making this right for you, and we're continuing our conversation via email to find the best resolution. We stand behind our products and our customer service. Thank you for your patience as we work through this with you.

Thanks for sharing your feedback. We understand that value and quality are subjective, and our frames won’t be the right fit for everyone. Our pricing reflects premium materials, and the level of hand-finishing that goes into each piece. Still, we respect your perspective and appreciate you taking the time to share it. If you ever have questions about our materials or process, we’ll be happy to explain more.
