I’ve been with this company for probably 20 years they have always act professional. I do like the new format and they’ve notified the state in a reasonable time, they’re very helpful over the phone and I like the new design of the classes.

Thank you for your extraordinary loyalty, Robert — 20 years means the world to us! We're so glad we've been able to be a reliable partner in your CE journey. We're happy to hear the new format and design are working well for you. Thank you for your continued trust!
I have no idea what you have to do. But you could start out by not asking for payment until I am done with the hours. The other biggy you could do is make sure someone is available on the phone when necessary. We could not get through you security for ever. And if I could have gotten my money back you would not have to worry about me.

We’re very sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced, and we genuinely apologize for the frustration — especially with getting through security and the payment process. We understand how stressful that must have been, and we’re sorry we didn’t make it right sooner. Thank you for sharing your experience with us.
My hours have not been reported to the state despite multiple calls. I paid for rapid reporting and its not rapid and I want a refund for the $30 I paid for rapid reporting.

Response from JADE Learning· Jul 9, 2026
Nathaniel, we sincerely apologize for this experience. We understand how important it is to have your hours reported to the state promptly, especially when you paid for rapid reporting. Your concern has been escalated internally and is currently under review with the appropriate department and when it has been resolved or if we need anything from you, we will reach out directly.
It is easy to set up and work at my own pace. Unfortunately, it wasn't clear on the homepage that one segment (arcflash training ) had to completed before the code update training. My course ran out before I had time to work through it, and I had to purchase that section a secound time. It would be very helpful if the time frame to finish a course was on the homepage. Thabk you, Roy

Response from JADE Learning· Jul 9, 2026
Thank you for the feedback, Roy! We’re glad the self-paced format worked well for you overall. That said, we’re truly sorry about the confusion with the arc flash training prerequisite — we can absolutely see how frustrating it would be to have to repurchase a section because of unclear instructions on the homepage. We appreciate you calling that out and will work to make those requirements clearer going forward.
