Jade learning is the only one that I have ever used since the beginning of reeducation classes. Why change! It’s great! They keep it simple. Old timer like that. Thanks!

Response from JADE Learning· Jul 16, 2026
Hi Francisco, we're truly sorry for the trouble you experienced logging in after our platform update. We've gone ahead and refunded your unused course — please check your email for the confirmation, which also includes easy instructions for creating an account on our new platform. We sincerely hope you'll give us another try. We'd love to earn back your business!
Since the acquisition of Jade by Certus, the redesigned platform is not as intuitive or user friendly. Calling customer service to answer questions is now an experience in frustration, as many CS reps were hard to understand and acted as though they were being bothered. Also, the reporting of completed hours was not done as quickly as before. Unfortunately after having used Jade for 24 years, I will be using a different CE provider in the future.
