As a busy executive I had not spent time thinking about my resume or LinkedIn profile. The JSR framework challenged me to think about the achievements throughout my career and helped develop those experiences and skills into resume highlights. Combined with Dean’s executive coaching I feel very well prepared for any interview situation.

I have been 100% satisfied with Dean's process and services. The ability to consolidate 34 years of experience and successes into a concise and executive summary, showing key business challenges, actions and results using his 7 dimensions approach is both innovative and gets to the heart of value added, core business results, that increase marketability and professional value. I am optimistic that this will open new doors and opportunities, that would have passed by me prior to working with Dean and his team.

If you are looking for someone to write a resume or LinkedIn Profile 100% for you, cheaply, and quickly just walk away now. If on the other hand you are willing to put in work yourself, follow his advice and the 7 step program, and listen to his unquestionable expertise, you will have a resume and profile that is not just words on a page but the story and advancement of your career. What he helps you articulate and tell is nothing short of amazing. Dean has a gift for executive coaching, and if you are lucky enough to be able to become his client TAKE THE OPPORTUNITY. You will not regret it, it is an investment in yourself.

When doing a senior level search, it's complicated, and Dean Trimble is always calm. This creates huge value in and of itself. Dean has confidence in his product offering, and so should you. Also, Dean is great at collecting and unearthing information. Often, his process uncovers that you are worth more on the market than the you imagine. Most importantly, Dean never gives up. He works at it until you get where you want to go.
