Awesome Workmanship. Short wait time

I have not received my order. I placed my order on January 31. I called for a status and I was told it would ship by February 22. I did not receive an email notice that it shipped. I checked the status again today and it still shows "processing". I sent an email requesting the order to be cancelled and I want the full amount refunded to me. Very disappointing.

I bought the Kansas city chiefs Mexico Jacket from this website, and I received it in very good quality, just like the images, within only 10 days. My friend also like it a lot. They will also buy jackets from this website in the future. Thanks for making such a great product.

The New York Mets Starter Jacket fit me just right and it looks authentic I’m happy with my purchase from Jacket Masters except that when they made the jacket they forgot tooo add the patch on the shoulder then when I emailed them about it they offered to ship me the patch for 50 dollars I think they think that us Americans are gullible.

I enjoy my Pro stitched Detroit Pistons jacket.

Good clear timely communication

very rude don’t know how to respond in conversation. I responded to their email and they sent me two emails one saying my address correct then another saying it’s incorrect again. so I called and the costumer service was no help at all. plus its been over 20 days n they just now contacting me will never use them again
