Ordered a jacket before christmas. Still have not recieved. Misleading website. Leads people to believe this is a US product. DO NOT order from this place. It is a scam

DO NOT ORDER. I ordered a hoodie three weeks before Christmas. It came 2 weeks later than it was supposed to. I order a size L and got a size Xs plus the hoodie was a really bad quality. I tried to refund but they kept resisting. They wouldn’t give me a refund until I threatened to report them. Will NEVER order again.

The size was not what i ordered the two hoodies were covered in glue and not as on the picture. One the sleeves and bottom band were different colour. I wrote to complain and have received no response

Scam - ordered a hoodie in nov for Christmas, arrived late and was a fake! No mention of that in the product description. Also on their website, gives company address in California but the package was delivered from Pakistan! Trying to get a refund but to no avail 😩

I cant rate them a zero that they deserve. item ordered on 12/6 to arrive before Christmas is still not in my possession on Dec 29th. in addition, I have no information about the order.....if its being processed, when it may come, what alternative I have for a product completely not delivered. Customer service is ridicuoulous, providing me nothing more than empty platitudes and only responding a day or two after I have to reach out. please don't waste your money or time on this company. the 4 star reviews mus be plants by them. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY BY BUYING FROM THEM!

Ordered 11-27-23 and said it would be delivered in 10-12 business days. When I contacted them they guaranteed it would arrive by Xmas. It's 12-29 and still nothing. Probably the worst online order I've ever made...trying to contact them is next to impossible. They MIGHT respond to email within 48 hours

We ordered a sweatshirt in size large. The product came as pictured but was more like a size small. Also, the fabric and banding was so incredibly cheap looking, we thought it was cardboard. When i requested a return, they told me that even though it was within their 30 day return window, that they would not allow return because it would need to be shipped overseas at our expense which would be far more expensive than the $64 sweatshirt. They suggested that I take a $35 credit on their site and keep the sweatshirt. DON’T BUY FROM THEM! SCAM!!!
