JackbitcasinoReviews of jackbitcasino.com

These guys are shady A F. Don’t play here I guarantee you will not win a dime. The most rigged casino online. They are broke and can’t afford to pay out their customers. I have asked them numerous times to close my account and they refuse to do so.

One of the dirty practices of casinos that is currently operating is, unfortunately, sending virus files that try to slow down your operating system, which takes over your reaction power and controls your choices, which unfortunately I have a phone.I destroyed Samsung with these viruses. If he didn't have the power to play this dirty game, he would have directly ended the game in his favor. Now, it's different in every game, and in the end, if there's high traffic, he'd get points. The correct amount of the bonus will not be applied to your account, and if you are skilled in the game, your IP and account will be blacklisted by the dirty collection, and you will be deprived of your concentration in the game due to delays and difficult conditions from the moment you log in.

Avoid this shady casino. You will lose every dime.

I’ve always sent funds through my crypto wallet mind you sometimes my wallet glitches changes my network I sent 28$ once and got the funds recovered in two days and won almost 9k with drew no issues few days later im going to play sent money through my walllet it glitched reverted back to default network sent 117 in total first they tell me it’s impossible to recover than get told it will take a few days to recoup as of now it’s been 2 weeks kept getting the same bs it’s in its final stage and that my case has been prioritize after further reading reviews my gut feeling of I’m being scammed it true worst customer service ever and no solutions

They are definitely on shady stuff. Avoid them.

I deposited and wagered thousands of dollars on Jack Casino, and this has been one of the most frustrating customer support experiences I’ve ever had. I reported what appeared to be a serious issue in the Jaguar game and provided clear video evidence. Instead of feeling like my case was genuinely investigated, I spent days receiving generic replies while trying to explain the same issue over and over again. Then I was told I was eligible for a bonus, only to receive a completely different response later. Nobody seemed to know what was going on. To make matters even worse, I experienced another issue where a bet appeared not to be placed. I clicked again, and both bets were accepted, costing me around $150. I have completely lost trust in this casino. If this is how they handle serious technical issues and loyal customers who have deposited thousands of dollars, think twice before playing here.

Jackbit stole my winnings, worth over €10000. After reading the other reviews I was an idiot for opening an account here. This is clearly part of their business model. Anybody that wins will have their account closed and winnings confiscated. All went well until I requested a withdrawal. Straight away I received an email claiming I had broken t&c's. All nonsense of course. My account would be closed and all winnings confiscated. Complaints to the Curacao gaming commission are pointless as they always side with the operator and don't even look into your case. Jackbit or Jack.com as they now call themselves is a scam website run by Georgian mafia, and I would advice everyone to stay far away!
