Jabra EnhanceReviews of jabraenhance.com

I purchased the Enhanced Select 500 with the Premium Package in April of last year. I liked them and they worked well. Unfortunately mine were last on a cruise. I called Jabra to tell them and file a claim because I had 3 year lost and replacement coverage. I explained that I had lost mine and was told there was a $195 deductible which I paid. So my package arrived within 5 days but to my surprise, there was no charger. I thought it was just an oversight so I called them back. It was not an oversight, there is an additional $175 deductible for the charger, which was not mentioned and no one asked about when I called, bring the total to $370 for the replacement which is for used hearing aids, not new. Had I known I would not have paid $370 for a remanufactured set of hearing aids. Unfortunately when asked if I could return the replacement hearing aids for a refund I wan told no, none returnable so I am forced to either pay the extra $175 or waste the $195 on hearing aids I can't charge. I did find the replacement policy on their website, after having to look for it for almost 20 minutes, and that is their policy so I am not without fault here. My issue is when I called, I was not given all the information about the cost or my decisions would have been different.

I bought the jabra enhance tv streamer over a week ago. I connected as described in the instructions and it doesn't work. I have reached out to them directly 6 times! I got one email that basically reworded the manual instructions. THERE IS NO SUPPORT FROM THIS COMPANY! I'm so mad now, I am asking for a refund and guess what.....crickets! No response, no follow up. They get your money and assume you won't push back. Terrible company to do business with. I will be looking for different hearing aids now from a company that supports their products.

I purchased Jabra Enhance Select 200 hearing aids 3 years ago and liked them and they worked fine until a few days ago. The left hearing aid won't charge anymore. I called Jabra Enhance support and they told me they are not under warranty anymore and I have to purchase new ones. They just expired the end of June 2026, and I thought maybe they would make an exception and have it repaired for me. I'm disappointed that Jabra won't honor the warranty and that they only lasted 3 years. OTC hearing aids are not covered under my Medicare Advantage plan, and I don't want to pay $1,995 for another pair. I will go to Hear USA and get a new set of Phonak that my insurance will cover.

I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience with Jabra, and I especially want to recognize Mr. Milo for his outstanding customer service. Before choosing Jabra, I did my research and read numerous positive reviews. My appointment with Mr. Milo confirmed that I made the right decision. He was knowledgeable, professional, patient, and genuinely committed to making sure I had a great experience. It’s not often that a company’s products and services exceed my expectations, but Jabra certainly has. In addition to the exceptional customer service, I am extremely impressed by the product's quality and the value it offers at such a reasonable price. Jabra offers an exceptional product without compromising on value. Jabra has gained a devoted and loyal customer, and Mr. Milo deserves recognition for helping make that happen. Thank you for an exceptional product, exceptional value, and an exceptional customer experience!

Hearing aids crapped out after two years. One year warranty. Customer support was terrible; told me I was SOL Buy from a different company

The product is okay, but customer service is terrible. I've had a problem with the charger, and i'm about a week into it and still unresolved. And under warranty

Have had Jabra Enhanced aids for two years now. Jabra pricing is 1/3 to 1/2 that if local audiologists and Jabra makes the Resound aids sold by many audiologists. So pricing via Jabra is much better. You get $4000 to $6000 aids for about $2000. I’ve found Jabra customer service to be remarkable. Initially if I needed a tweak I described my issue in their app. The next day I would receive a software upgrade to fix my problem. Recently they scheduled a televisit with a specialist who modified my settings to allow me full volume control. Now I hear better than ever. Regular maintenance is key. Clean aids with a brush thoroughly, replace wax filters weekly and replace domes when they tear or don’t fit snuggly. After 4 sets of aids, Jabra Enhanced are the best in pricing, quality and customer care.

Their customer support is terrible. They do not listen to your problems I have one aid that no longer holds a charge and support tells me to change domes and filter! After a week of e mailing with photos and explaining they tell me that they can see a slight amount of dirt on dome and to clean it ! This has no effect on holding a charge! They are hopeless, buyers be ware. In my opinion this company will run you around instead of honoring their commitment
