I HAD MANY ISSUES WITH MY COMPUTER AND IT REQUIRED A NUMBER OF SEPARATE REPAIRS. IT WOULD HAVE COST ME A LOT. IZACCESS FIXED ALL OF THE PROBLEMS AND NEW MY PC WORKS PERFECTLY. IZACCESS WAS VERY PATIENT AND EAGER TO HELP.I AM 92 YEARS OLD AND NOT THAT SAVY WITH COMPS.LOVE THOSE GUYS

I had a problem and hopefully it is fixed. Izaccess was quick and professional. They explained the problem in terms that were comprehensible. I feel the rate for continued service is high, but they have given me time to make a decision. I feel that so far they have been fair and not high pressure.
