I have been trying to work with them since November. 1/2 the time I cannot understand the Indian accent....... I have paid them $400 ........ can't get reasonable support nor can I edit my website at will. As of this week I cannot access the site, some others can. Why"? My Internet provider says they have failed the update the A Record.......whatever that means. I've emailed, called and they now will not respond. I don't know what to do next. I've asked for a refund and will be contacting PP .....so disgusted! They were soooo polite and accommodating when they wanted $ from me...now "Too bad" UPDATE MAY 10, 2019 I believe the folks at IWebNext are sincerely trying to help me get my website miniature-pinschers.com the way I want it. It took awhile to figure out what the problems were and we are finally all on the same page. Thank you Sukanta for your help and look forward to your continued support.
