Unconditional and Great help

Uptime is like 99.99%. Support is just so good They help out on everything. Tickets do not wait unattended to. Like all of my apps are hosted here. Never a downtime, 3 years and counting.

Migrated my site from shared hosting to a VPS. Immediately got overwhelmed by the scope of configuration required but support went through it all with me and did many of the advanced stuff for me to ensure I didn't screw it up. The migration went better than I could have imagined and my site now performs significantly better. I should have switched a LONG time ago.
