Honestly I can’t believe the difference with Alpha Pillows! I’ve slept better than I have in years,as someone with neck pain,I’ve finally found relief. It’s worth every penny. Infinity Sponge 🧽 is the best product I have ever used. It’s easy to clean after each use it can be washed in dishwasher,it’simply very practical. I wholeheartedly recommend.

I've ordered products from Ivana Designs several times now, and I'm impressed by the quality every single time. This applies not only to the products themselves, but also to the exceptionally friendly and prompt customer service whenever you have questions or other concerns. I'd like to take this opportunity to say a heartfelt THANK YOU to Lily, who does a great job in customer service!

The best experience with this company so far is their customer support, specifically Lily. What a gem she is. I had an issue with a very high shipping cost for my add-ons, and Lily was able to troubleshoot the problem, find the cause, and get the shipping charges reduced. Her continued followups with me were unsolicited and appreciated.

I got a personal email from Ivana the owner and she answered all my questions personally and was really helpful. You don’t often get an owner reaching out personally. It was really much appreciated. Great product and great owner.
