I tried the iCloud service
I tried the iCloud service, but they were unable to resolve my issue. They told me they couldn’t unlock it, and when I asked them why, they said there was no specific reason. Despite being unable to solve my problem, they still charged me the full amount

Dear Hazem, We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with our service. Our removal service has a success rate of approximately 75%. This means that not all devices can be successfully unlocked, even if they are supported by the service. Unfortunately, no phone unlocking or removal service can guarantee a 100% success rate. Any provider claiming otherwise may be making misleading statements. We believe in transparency and clearly state our actual success rate so that customers can make an informed decision before placing an order. By proceeding with an order, customers acknowledge and accept the stated success rate. Regarding your refund: We always issue a refund when a device cannot be successfully unlocked. In some cases, we may deduct a small fee of $3 -$6 for devices that turn out to be unsupported. The remaining amount is refunded to your Binance account if you paid via Binance Pay, or returned to your IU account balance. Therefore, your statement that “they still charged me the full amount” does not reflect our refund policy or standard business practices. If your device was not successfully unlocked, we would not retain the full payment. We have been in this business for 14 years and have always aimed to conduct our operations fairly and transparently. We do not charge customers the full service fee for an unsuccessful job. If you believe that your case was handled differently, please provide your order details so that we can review the transaction and clarify the situation. Kind regards, Support Team
