Apple lures underage children into auto-subscription programs without verifying with parents. Cancelling these auto-subscription programs requires a master's degree to get through the website to the appropriate place. If the account is under a minor's name, parental verification should be required before billing - especially since it is impacting a parent's checking or credit card account. This is essentially fraud.

I am wondering about the reviews here because I honestly love their services it has been months now but I am still loving the music I have downloaded from the store. They got great Music and no-hassle service.

Lie, cheat and steal. Don't know how Apple will regain their reputation after the whole battery fiasco. I for sure know I won't be buying anything from them anymore after me phone works like a toaster after the software updates

Kontaktede kundeservice angående en betaling, jeg ikke forstod. Fik den rareste og mest hjælpsomme medarbejder i røret, som via skærmdeling løste problemet. Super god service.

Købte gavekort ifm køb af app til arbejdspladsen. Gavekortet ville ikke indløses, så til sidst kontaktede jeg iTunes Danmark, som lovede at annullere købet og tilbagebetale gavekortet (1700 kr), dog kunne der gå 3-4 uger(!?!). Efter flere ugers ventetid var pengene endnu ikke tilbagebetalt og jeg kontaktede iTunes igen. Herefter fulgte en farceagtig sagsbehandling, hvor ingen ansatte tog ansvar for noget og til sidst endte jeg med at snakke med en supervisor i Irland. Han kunne dog heller ikke løse (det ret simple) problem. Alt dette tog adskillige timers telefontid (mest venten) over flere uger, hvor min tålmodighed blev mere og mere spinkel. Til sidst gav jeg op, da min arbejdsplads dækkede udgiften. Suk...

You pay a premium for Apple products and services, yet these so called geniuses cannot sort out simple problems. Been buying from these for years. I’m now going to swap over to Samsung.

Yesterday I find a transaction for £47.99 for a subscription I have never had. It’s a years subscription and nothing I have ever heard of. Complete crooks do not give them your card details ever!
