Terrible experience. Got a beats by dre pill, which they own. It broke, and they arent giving a refund. They also have a re-call open on this product, and despite that refusing to provide a refund. Ridiculous.

It's ok, but expensive

It is SO HARD to get a refund. Super easy once you find it, but its hidden so friggin far away. What a shameful scamy thing from a company that market's itself as "high end".
