This is the 4th time I have tried to contact someone about my purchase of the 3-1 grass trimmer!! I paid for this on Sept 1st, it is now Sept 16th!! I have sent 3 other emails but no response. I never received a confirmation number. There is no phone number to call and check on my purchase. I am beginning to think this is a Big Scam and I have been duped out of $150.00!!! Please don’t send a “form letter” like I have read on all the other comments. I want to know where my merchandise IS and WHEN I will receive it.

Like many people here I was concerned about the delivery of my parcel, when it was late, but it arrived one week late. Although the instructions are brief it was easy to put together and it is a better tool than I was expecting. It takes practice to get the hang of each tool head and now I can’t waite to use it again. The garden looks great, except……where I got it wrong. Keep children and pets in the house while using it because it is a dangerous tool and NEVER adjust it or clean it without removing the battery first. Brian

Review from small town Ontario. I purchased the 2 in 1 Cordless 8 inch Chainsaw & Pole Saw along with the pruning sheers and 2 batteries…and couldn’t be happier. No more blisters! Both sides of our property are lined with trees and shrubs and there is lots of pruning to be done every year, hence the blisters. These tools are amazing and have made such easy work of trimming. I am not comfortable with using the chainsaw yet – but my husband who has used a full-sized chain saw all his life just loves this little guy (and with our 8” chainsaw – no oil required – was a bit confusing reading other reviews so I asked customer service about this for the one I ordered.) However, when it comes to the pruning sheers, I have used them for about 30 hours over a period of a few weeks. They are a game changer. They are so easy to use and very fast when it comes to cutting branches. The extension pole is just amazing and it is so much faster and safer to do a lot of pruning without the need for a ladder. I am in my 60’s and weigh about 102 lbs and I have no problem carrying /lifting the chainsaw/sheers on the pole extender. Of note, at first I couldn’t get the tools to work on the extension pole but I contacted customer service and they sent me a very detailed message as to how to ensure it is set it up correctly. I had done everything correctly except when the poles were attached to each other (there are 4 poles so you can have different lengths), I just needed to wiggle/rotate the pole a fraction once it was inserted into the next pole. Once I did that, the power came on. So, in the end, no big deal. I have to say that I am very impressed with the battery life as well. I think the battery lasted about 1 to 2 hours of “working” time (working time being during that time frame, you cut, move to next branch, cut, stand back see what needs cutting next, move to next branch, cut some more). When cutting the downed branches into manageable pieces to put into garden waste bags, I think the battery lasted long enough me to fill about 5 bags – trust me, that was a lot of cutting! The sheers cut the branches like cutting through butter – just let the tool do it’s thing – no pressure needed. Really amazing tool. My one recommendation to others is when cutting the downed branches into manageable pieces (for firewood kindling or to put into garden waste bags), use the sheers on the extension pole (smallest length of extension pole). The reason I suggest this as at first I was doing the cutting into smaller pieces with the sheers only. I found I would get into a “zone” and working too quickly – and almost nicked myself a few times (which means I could have cut off a finger!). To avoid that happening, if you keep the sheers on the extension pole, you can stand which saves on your back muscles PLUS your hand is no where near the blades so you cannot cut yourself. I highly recommend these tools, and was impressed with the help I got from customer service. I have no pictures to share but the tools are exactly as shown for sale and as others have posted.

I recived the stremmer in Aug. It is very easy to use The delivery took longer than thought it would. Found it hard to get information and reply from emails i sent. But the stremmer its self is very good. Al so i found the vido on ytube very helpfull when putting it togeather.

I ordered the pole saw. Only one battery works. Itoolmax has no customer service, they do not reply to emails which is the only way to communicate. Edit: Although customer service was slow to reply and resolve my issue they have now sent a replacement battery and work is a breeze now.

I purchased my 3 in 1 lawnmower strimmers and edger, it means I can do the work not depending on anyone to start tools fore me , simple and easy to use, safety with all tools is common sense
