My appointment was amazing, I was working out of the country, my email wouldnt work I thought I had a virus, but my laptop thought it had been stolen. Alex is so kind and patient, he helped me and got me on my way.

Alex was very knowledgeable and quick with his solutions. He even suggested apps I could use and helped me with them. I always feel much better after his help in that I know my computer is in good shape

Alex was patient and persistent in one of the worst computer issues to date (his words, not mine). We had about 4 different connection points that required installing some new hardware by me and Alex was there every step of the way. A great customer experience

Alex, with ITExpertNow, took my brand new mediation practice on as his client and absolutely exceeded expectations for the speed and efficiency in which he got our network up and running. He is equally proficient in all operating systems, including my preferred MacOS, and he handled a very tricky migration from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 Business. When my system went down unexpectedly due to a hardware issue, he made himself available late into the night, temporarily took over the controls to my system, and then got it fixed and got us online again--even though the issue was beyond the scope of his service agreement. On top of all that, he created an absolutely killer website for the low price he charged (monthly payment options are available instead of a lump-sum payment). I recommend Alex to anyone who is starting out with a new business network set-up, as well as anyone who wants a virtual IT department ready and willing to give expert help at a fraction of the cost of a full-time in-house IT team.
