I have purchased 5 different times. The first two orders never received. 1st ordered was refunded almost 3 months later. 2nd order took 5 months to receive because of the legal threats, police complaints I filed. There customer service is one of worst. Very disorganized, very insensitive.

Their customer service is Top Notch. I have never have my issue resolve so quickly and without any hassle. They defiantly earned their ***** 5 stars in this department.

Excellent transaction! Fast shipping. Item arrived as advertised fully charged. One small glitch that somehow resulted in a leftover malware file that infected the first download on the Mac OX download.
