I've purchased a couple items from itechdeals and everything was great. I contacted customer service once and they were very helpful. Shipping was average speed. I especially like that I can use PayPal to pay, which gives me protection on the transaction. With these two great experiences, I would definitely buy from them again.

Purchased a refurbished ipod, and upon arrival noticed a blotch on the screen when on. It Was on every change trying to move forward. I contacted iTech and with a few pics of the issue they accepted my return. It took about a week, but all was good. It was easy and simple. Very happy with outcome and went ahead with another purchase with them.
