I got my laptop but was a problem with the battery life and customer service was there for me with things to try and after that with a prepaid return postage label and now am waiting for my new order to be shipped.

Made 2 purchases from iTechDeals.com. For both purchases Customer Service was excellent. At times it took a bit to hear back, because life is busy, but they always got back to me and let me know what was happening. I definitely recommend them. Their prices are great. The items work well, but you can always exchange, or purchase the warranty, if any problems do arise. Customer Service is very important to a business and the reps I've dealt with: Susan, Tina, and Amy were very willing to help.

I thought I got a good deal, They never shipped my Chromebook that I ordered but the shipping manifest says it was shipped. When I tell them about it with a picture of the package that my ear phones came in as there was no way anyone could have even thought the packed a Chromebook in. It was oh it was shipped but it's lost and we don't have anymore (whatever). If that wasn't enough I received the ear pods and one of them do not work so I sent an email (as that's the only way to contact them) and I am still awaiting a response. So no I would not be ordering from them again nor would i recommend them. One positive is when I was emailing about the Chromebook they were pretty good with responding I guess they were just sick of me telling them stuff 🤷
