I ordered the product replacement that this company suggested I order when the item I ordered originally was out of stock. When I told the phone representative this, he said that the company did not make the order replacement and therefore they had no responsibility. Do not order anything from this company.

I was surprised then furious when they said that they don't allow exchanges and returns of their products. But their equipment wasn't working so it really made me furious.
