Great so far - Pete and Craig have been very accommodating.

I've had my boat stored here for 2 months and love it. They have a place to wash it and the gate access is very convenient for entering and exiting.

no nonsense storage, just a a bit pricy for large units. good management at our site. units are ugly -- whomever chose beige and red for the color scheme either suffers from color-blindness or bad taste

Very good facility. Website will make reservations for spaces they cannot deliver. That's a real problem, as in come on over with a full truck to transfer into a space that you think you can use. BS. The manager(s) need to clear the still filled, expired spaces. Money lost for the company. Hook website to actual inventory, so that no false reservations are made. Also, unless you read the hidden fine print about the deals, they are tied to occupancy levels, and likely won't be available. The physical facility is very good. The "exit" gate was inoperable in the open state for about 3 days a week ago. Not good for security.

Was a decent value for storage until one month they raised the monthly rate by around $30 a month. My bill went from $148 a month to $180. Other than that, it was easy to use because you could drive right up to your unit.

Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Had a special going that made the cost extremely competitive in a good location. Clean. Would recommend. Only had the until for 3 days or may have rated higher.

My experience was rather good. The staff was friendly and helped me in a cooperative manner. I was able to reserve two spaces in case I wanted one over other on move in day but didn't know beforehand. The woman at the front desk that serviced me on move in day was wonderful, but she gave me rather ambiguous instructions on how to navigate the lot to my specific locker once I got past the gate. She shouldn't be fired.

Any payment of 3/6/12 months at a time should get a discount. Your competition is becoming very attractive. (minus one star) Your attendant does a wonderful job.
