I liked how dibbi explain everything and showed us the difference in sizes so that we would choosing the one for us

We needed help in the storage of some of our household goods while we were in the process of moving into our new home. Being new to the area we depended on word of mouth suggestions. I Storage made the short list and one visit and a tour of the site was all it took. A very good operation and a very clean place. The staff were helpful in all respects.

As a returning customer it was great to do business with Mary at the Aston facility. Mary was very knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions and provided excellent customer service.

They answer all your questions, they seem very thorough, but the day after getting a unit I went to place some items in and the gate was up and in disrepair. Great 1st impression. The next day it was repaired, working again, I was relieved.

The staff made the rental experience second to none. Up front with costs, no hassles. Easy to get started and didn't even have to make a second trip for some of the supplies I needed. Unit was spotless which was a pleasant surprise. Well done guys.
