I worked with Haleigh on getting some enclosures ordered. We needed the parts shipped ASAP and she stayed on top of the order and helped me to be sure it was processed as soon as possible. Also, Brenda in accounts receivables was lovely to communicate with! I look forward to working with you in the future! Thank you!!

Their return policies are horrible, if they take a return you’re faced with a restocking fee and you have to pay postage. On many products they will not take an exchange at all. Ridiculous.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. At ISC Sales, we deeply value our customers and strive to go above and beyond to meet expectations in every way possible. We appreciate your kind words about our team, and we’re genuinely sorry to hear that your experience with our return policy did not meet your expectations. While we aim to offer flexibility and fairness, our policies are structured to maintain transparency and sustainability for all our customers. As we don’t charge monthly subscriptions, we do our best to accommodate returns. Please note that in instances where incorrect items are ordered, we may be unable to cover all associated costs, such as return shipping and restocking fees, as these are standard practices across the industry. We strive to offer flexibility through our 30-day return policy. In some cases, restocking fees and shipping costs may apply, and customers can choose the option that best suits their circumstances. We kindly offered to accept your return as it was beyond our 30-day return policy. Your feedback is invaluable as it helps us continue improving, and we regret that we could not meet your needs in this instance. We’re always here to assist you further and explore any possible solutions moving forward. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to serve you. Please feel free to reach out directly if there’s anything else we can do.
For the second year in a row I ordered a case of furnace filters from ISC. I had such a good experience last year that I reordered and, once again, I was not disappointed. Their price is competitive, they offered a wide range of sizes, and the convenience of having the filters on hand as opposed to having to take multiple trips to the store makes running a household so easy. The company kept me apprised of the status of my order and I appreciated the quick turnaround time.

I recently purchased the metal filtered fan package 500 for my workshop, the quality of this fan package is good and I think filtration works as it should. The installation was easy. Shipping was fast and I had no issue with my order.

Ordered a supposedly brand new Karcher vacuum. The box arrived completely tattered. One of the vacuum buckle was completely broken off and sitting on the bottom of the box. When I reached out to customer service, I received little to no help to correct the problem, be reimbursed, or even exchange the product. I should have just bought this product at a slightly higher price from amazon to avoid this dilemma. Update: company reached out 1.5 months afterwards, regarding damaged product and gave a full replacement. I did not need to send back the damaged product either.

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. Your feedback helps us understand where we can better improve our processes. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter. We are glad to hear that a replacement has resolved the initial dissatisfaction. Despite these issues, we hope you will give us a chance to serve you better in the future. Your feedback is invaluable to us. Thank you for your review.
I asked for the same product as last time I ordered, was sent a different product. Was told I had to pay 20% restock and freight to return and exchange. I started the quoteing proces via internet, was emailed and told I would be contacted. The contact was made by phone and it was then my word against theirs. I would suggest keeping the sales and quotes on some digital format to avoid these type of issues. We were ultimately able to modify the product to fit our needs and avoid the exchange, but I would imagine most customers would not be able to do what we did.
