I had a great experience with the platform. It is easy and friendly to use. I also had excellent customer support with GUY; he was patient and helped me in each step of the process. ISBN Direct has a robust system, a well-structured platform, and a masterwork of assisting clients.

I thought this is one of the online businesses where you are dragged up and down & scammed but no; and to be frank, this is rather one of the Organisations which appears to be like a government Trust-Controlled Enterprise. Will not write too much here but suffice to give what is due to a company that does everything right with speed. Don't know who was at the other end of my screen but as if he read my mind, directed me to my destination. I wish that am friends to prolific Writers to refer them to ISBNdirect.com. Kudos to the team.

What made my experience great? ISBNdirect is quick, easy, and straightforward, without any hassles. And the price? Truly amazing! There are companies out there charging a lot more, for a lot less. ISBNdirect, not only provides the isbn number, but also more value added accessories that other companies charge for (like the barcode). Great job!

I ordered an ISBN number. I got them straight away. Everything without any problems. And I still had questions that were answered professionally immediately. It was a pleasure.

This company is almost too good to be true! Not only were they able to provide an ISBN number immediately (after filling out the necessary information) but the person on chat answered all my questions thoughtfully and completely. And this was on a Saturday of a holiday weekend, when most companies would be taking the weekend off.

I am very satisfied with the support and service I received. I received my ISBN promptly, and the support team even caught an error in my book title and fixed it before publishing. Their attention to detail and quick response time was a pleasant surprise and a kind gesture on their part.
