Started using Irond as soon it arrived. I use it for 5 minutes everyday after work, and 5 minutes before going to bed. Helps ease the stiffness on my left hand; had an bicycle accident while vacationing in Seattle Washington last year.

My son is a 14-year-old receiver who takes his training seriously, and he loves Irond! It’s been a great addition to his training to help improve his grip and forearm strength. Trust me, he’s a hard critic, so if he loves it, that says a lot!
