I am a developer of trading apps with API support for algo trading and need to know who I develop for operates fairly and with honour, so I always read the 1* reviews before proceeding with a partnership. As a result I can't consider this company for any development with such horrendous reviews here and also on Trading View. Thank goodness for these review sites! so the star rating is for TrustPilot.

After working with this broker for six months, I’m satisfied with everything. What I especially like, compared to other brokers, is the minimal slippage on Nasdaq futures. Thanks to Mike for the prompt support and assistance with all my questions

Excellent support and the platform is very user friendly for futures trading. Price and daily p and l log is excellent. The videos are very helpful. If you are a futures trader this is the BMW of platforms. I do scalping and day trading but any type works. It has many built in strategies to automate and adjust.

Overall I’m satisfied with ironbeam as a futures broker! I use the web mostly and executing trades is a breeze. The execution speed is A1 from my experience so far, which is . Mike and the other staff members are very friendly and it doesn’t take long to get a response if I have a question. Wire transfers are fast and the intraday margins are great for starters! Would recommend ironbeam for sure! Thanks IB!

Mike knew exactly what I needed, and was able to recommend the best course of action to get my account back in order. And was able to get my service back even before the bank transaction completed

Outstanding customer service! Martin was incredibly responsive and patient with a fairly complicated issue (international wire transfer problems, several back-and-forths). He took the time to explain everything clearly, gave me concrete solutions at every step, and always replied quickly. It's rare to find someone this professional and genuinely helpful at the same time. Ironbeam should be proud to have someone like him on the team. 10/10, would absolutely recommend.

Thanks for the shoutout to Martin. Wire transfer issues, especially international ones, can involve a lot of moving parts, so it's great to hear he stuck with it through the back-and-forth and kept things clear at every step. We'll make sure he sees this. The Ironbeam Team https://www.ironbeam.com
