I was displeased with the customer service. I ordered one of their largest arabic ayatul kursi wall decal. When I got the item, there were no guidelines on how to place the item on in a straight way. The process took more than a week. It was tedious. Ultimately, the decal on my wall is crooked and every single guest asks why it looks like that. I contacted them many times via email and no one reached back to me with support. I will never order from them again.

I love the designs; but it was difficult getting all the pieces of the design to come off the backing easily.

I have been trying to contact Irada arts through watsapp and through phone call but no one ever cared to answer me back. Its ridiculously annoying how bad the customer service is. neither I still received my product nor i have any update on the same.

It’s been over Two weeks and I still haven’t received it
