The IQ score is free. Your free IQ score is available in your account and was also emailed to the address you entered on the registration page following the test. Please check your spam folder, as our emails are sometimes mistakenly filtered. To have that email sent again, hover over "Contact us" in the header at IQTest.com until you see "Lost Score." Click on it and enter your email address. The Complete Intelligence Profile was never offered free of charge. If you wish to login to your account, you can do so by selecting "My account" from the header of any page at IQTest.com. Enter your email address and the password emailed to you along with your score. If you don't have your password, you can select "Lost your password?" and have it reset. Once logged into your account, you can view your free results, edit your account information, or purchase your Complete Intelligence Profile or the IQTuneUps if you wish. No obligation to purchase anything.

IQTest.com does not charge 50 cents or 40€ for any product, and we have no recurring charges. You were charged by a different website. You can see who charged you by looking at your credit card statement. A charge from IQTest.com would show on your statement as a charge from Autumn Group / IQTest.com. Just call the number on the back of your credit card and explain that you did not authorize those charges. The bank will be able to figure out who charged you and get your money back.

If you do not speak English fluently, you will get a more accurate analysis of your IQ if you take a test in your native language. The Complete Intelligence Profile was never offered at no charge. IQTest.com does not charge $55 for any product. You were charged by a different website. Just call the number on the back of your credit card and explain that you did not authorize that charge. The bank will know who charged you and will be able to give you a refund.
